Tasting notes | The hue has a brilliant ruby-garnet color. The nose offers effusive aromas of crushed berries(raspberry, redcurrant ,and blackcurrant come to mind). On the palate, the wine is full of charm and very pleasant to drink: fresh and fruity berry flavors with light and elegant tannins. |

Founded in 1880, Maison Joseph Drouhin cellars have spread from the historical cellars of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Kings of France in Beaune (12th-18th century) to the Moulin de Vaudon (an 18th century watermill), close to the Grand Cru vineyards of Chablis.
Self-imposed discipline, a desire to learn, a deep sense of values, passion and daring are the qualities that have been handed down through the generations, together with the art of winemaking and an unfailing sense of quality. Today, the fourth generation of the Drouhin family, headed by Frédéric Drouhin, is now at the helm. Each of them has his role to play in imposing the family "Charter of Excellence".
