• Q:HOW TO SELECT WINES AND OTHER PRODUCTS?

  A：Search by key words: Key in winery name and wine name in the search engine to select. Search by category: By searching through the category function, you can easily find the products you want. The easiest way is to use the filter on the left side. 

• Q:HOW TO CHECKOUT?

  A：When you finish your selection, please click “Add to cart” and choose quantity. Then please click “Buy Now” and click “Checkout” to complete your order.

• Q:HOW IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

  A：Please check the check-out step for detail shipping fee.

• Q:WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

  A：Everwines.com accepts Alipay or WeChat Pay.

• Q:HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS?

  A：Due to liquid products delivery limitation policy, we delivery within 36 hours after we accept the order (public holidays excepted). Please sign the receipt when you accept the products.We will outsource the delivery to third-party express service (SF-Express or others) in some cities. The shipment may be carried by land transportation, thanks for your understanding.  

• Q:CAN I REQUEST INVOICES?

  A：Yes. Everwines can issue China VAT invoices (fapiao) for orders. Since August 1, 2019, Everwines will issue e-invoice to all customers, let's protect our environment.Please fill the invoice form in personal account information.We will issue personal title invoice for non-business title. For organizational titles, please fill all required information (include legal entity name and VAT number.We will generate the invoice to you within 7 business days.If you return the products, the invoice will be revoked.

• Q:CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

  A：Please kindly check with the delivery receipt on receiving. Should there be any wrong kind, product broken, please kindly refuse to sign up for receiving and write down on the receipt the product name and quantity. Everwines website will arrange another delivery, product replacing, return or refund according to the receipt. If you have received the products with quality problem, please kindly contact us within 7 business days.Please notice that you will have to take responsibility to the delivery fee for returning/changing products if you didn't refuse to accept the order when courier come to you.

  A：Everwines never ask you to provide passwords, bank verification code, or SMS code. Please do not leak your information to strangers.
