| As for the condition of damaged goods on arrival during the delivery process, the customer should fill the damage information on the receiving notes, thus Everwines can get the compensation from the Delivery Company according to the insurance terms. When informed, Everwines will exchange the damaged goods after confirmation. Otherwise, if the customer could not provide the written receiving notes with the damage information, Everwines will not be able to exchange the damaged goods. |
